Layer Adjustments

If you need to adjust or aren't comfortable with the feel of your new Select Sleep Latex Mattress, Sleep EZ will exchange one layer in your mattress for a different firmness or a different type of latex.

You can exchange any layer within 90 days for only $30 to ship you the new layer the first time. For mattresses with split layers, you can exchange one or both layers if shipped at the same time. Additional layer exchanges within the 90 days will be at the full cost of shipping. We do not accept layer exchanges after 90 days. All exchange layers must be free of: dirt, stains, tears, and odors to qualify for an exchange.

Our 90-Day Comfort Guarantee removes the risk of buying a mattress online, so if you don't absolutely love the comfort and feel of your new latex mattress, you can return it within 90 days for your money back.

However before trying to return your latex mattress, speak to one of our Sleep Experts to see if re-arranging the layers can improve your mattress configuration. If you still can't sleep comfortably or aren't completely satisfied, you can return your latex mattress and get your money back, less a $99 fee to cover shipping costs. Only one item per customer can be returned in a 12-month period.
