Product Descriptions

While we aim for complete accuracy in our product descriptions and pricing, we cannot guarantee that all information is entirely free from errors or fully up to date. Mattress dimensions, for example, may vary by +/- 1 to 1.5 inches, which is considered standard within the industry. In the event that a product is listed with incorrect pricing or details due to typographical or other errors, we reserve the right to cancel or reject any orders for that product, even if the order has been confirmed or payment has already been processed. Should your card be charged for a canceled order, we will promptly refund the full amount. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Product Pricing Information

We strive to provide competitive pricing on all our products. Any crossed-out or reference price displayed represents the Suggested Retail Price Comparison (SRPC). This price may or may not have been previously offered by us or other retailers and might not be available in the future. Therefore, the crossed-out price does not necessarily reflect the current market value, standard retail price, or previous selling price. Additionally, similar or lower prices may be offered by us or other retailers during future promotions that begin after the conclusion of any current offers.

All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars unless specified otherwise. Taxes and shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and added during the checkout process. We reserve the right to modify product prices, adjust applicable fees, or introduce new charges at any time without prior notice.

Products Or Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Mattress Returns

Eligibility for Return
Mattresses purchased from SleepEZ are eligible for return within 90 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the mattress must be in good condition, free of stains, damage, or excessive wear. Mattresses showing visible signs of abuse, neglect, or improper care may not be accepted.

Return Process
Customers must contact SleepEZ customer service at support@sleepez.com to initiate the return process. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please do not return the mattress without first obtaining authorization, as this may result in delays or non-acceptance.

Return Shipping
SleepEZ offers return shipping at no cost for the first return request within the 90-day trial period. If a return is requested, we will coordinate the logistics and arrange for the pick-up of the mattress. If additional returns are requested, the customer may be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Refund Process
Once the returned mattress is received and inspected by our team, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the mattress, excluding the $99 return fee and/or any additional fees, such as shipping upgrades or international shipping charges. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item, and will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exclusions
Adjustable bases, foundations, pillows, and other bedding accessories are not covered by the mattress return policy. These items are subject to their own terms and conditions, and can be found separately in this document

Damaged or Defective Products
If a mattress arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify SleepEZ within 48 hours of delivery. SleepEZ will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable. Proof of damage or defect, such as photographs, may be required. Customers may be responsible for replacement shipping fees depending on the circumstance.

Non-Refundable Fees
Any promotional or expedited shipping fees, white-glove delivery services, or add-on services are non-refundable.

Modifications
SleepEZ reserves the right to modify or terminate this return policy at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will apply to future purchases and will not affect existing return requests.

Foundations & Adjustable Bases

Eligibility for Return
Foundations and adjustable bases purchased from SleepEZ are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. Due to the nature of these products, including their size, weight, and setup complexity, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after delivery.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are required to inspect foundations and adjustable bases at the time of delivery. If any damage or defects are discovered, customers must notify SleepEZ within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the repair, replacement, or refund of the damaged product as necessary. Proof of damage, such as photographs, may be required. Shipping fees for replacement may be applicable.

Defective Products
In the event of a manufacturer defect, SleepEZ will work with the product’s manufacturer to provide a replacement or resolve the issue as covered under the product’s warranty. Please refer to the specific warranty details provided with your foundation or adjustable base for coverage information.

No Trial Period
Unlike our mattresses, foundations and adjustable bases do not come with a sleep trial period. All sales of these products are final.

Warranty Claims
Foundations and adjustable bases are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which may vary in terms of length and coverage. Warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer, and SleepEZ will assist in facilitating communication between the customer and the manufacturer if needed.

Non-Refundable Fees
Any additional shipping fees, white-glove services, or custom modifications are non-refundable. These costs are excluded from any potential refund or credit.

Modifications
SleepEZ reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Any changes will apply to future purchases and not to products already purchased or delivered under the current policy.

Topper Returns

Eligibility for Return
SleepEZ toppers are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Customers must contact SleepEZ to initiate the return process within this period. All returns must be in like-new condition and free of stains, tears, or other damage to qualify for a refund. SleepEZ reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer may be responsible for all return shipping fees associated with toppers. SleepEZ does not cover the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance, as SleepEZ is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refund Process
Once the returned topper has been received and inspected by SleepEZ, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping fees. If the topper is found to be damaged or not in a like-new condition, SleepEZ reserves the right to deduct additional fees or deny the refund entirely.

Non-Returnable Items
Any toppers that are customized, used, or not in like-new condition upon return will not be eligible for a refund. SleepEZ encourages customers to carefully inspect their toppers upon delivery and before initiating a return to ensure they meet the return eligibility requirements.

Exchanges
SleepEZ does offer exchanges on toppers with an associated fee. If a different topper or size is desired, customers would be advised to contact our support team at support@sleepez.com to initiate an exchange.

Accessory Items

Eligibility for Return
Accessory items purchased from SleepEZ, including pillows, mattress protectors, sheets, and other bedding accessories, are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund, accessories must be unused, in their original packaging, and in like-new condition. Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing original packaging will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers may be responsible for covering return shipping costs for accessory items. SleepEZ does not cover or reimburse shipping fees.

Refund Process
Once the returned accessory item is received and inspected by SleepEZ, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. If the item is found to be ineligible for return due to damage, wear, or missing packaging, SleepEZ reserves the right to deny the refund or apply additional fees.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Used or opened bedding items (such as sheets, mattress protectors, or pillows)
• Clearance or sale items marked as final sale
• Custom or personalized accessory products

No Exchanges
SleepEZ does not offer exchanges on accessory items. If a different size, product, or variation is desired, the original item must be returned (following the return policy guidelines) and a new order placed.

Modifications
SleepEZ reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. Any updates will apply to future purchases and not to items purchased prior to the policy change.

Damaged or Defective Items
If an accessory item is received damaged or defective, customers must contact SleepEZ within 7 days of receiving the product. SleepEZ will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs, in cases where the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective.

Accuracy Of Billing And Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
