I chose the company because of great reviews and products are made in the USA. I purchased this and received it in 6 days. Great post order call from the company to review order and plan of delivery. It was delivered to my door. I did need some help to get it on the second floor as it weighs 146lb It expanded without any difficulty and no odor at all. I slept on both sides of the bed and I find the softer side I liked more but have only had it a short time. I would definately recommend it but it is heavier than some other brands. The free pillows were also a nice bonus.

Great customer service, and even more importantly- most amazing mattress of my life! I am a functional movement practitioner and yoga teacher and have a lot of awareness of my body and my posture. This mattress does it all- lots of support and the perfect amount of pressure relief. I love that we can change the layers as we need to. We started firm-med-soft on top and it was too soft. now we are firm-soft-med and it seems to be perfect, but I feel relief knowing that we keep playing with it if we need to! love this company and this product!

The service is on point, and very professional. The products are quality goods. Latex mattress is amazing, comfortable and well made. The box spring was simple to put together and better than the ones which already come assembled. Plus they sweeten the deal with two free pillows. Excellent service and goods.
