Fast & Free Delivery

Getting your new Sleep EZ mattress should be simple from the moment you place your order. The majority of our latex mattresses qualify for FREE shipping throughout the contiguous United States from our facility in Phoenix, Arizona.

We work with multiple shipping carriers, including FedEx and Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery, to get your order to its destination. Your shipping carrier is selected based on your mattress, delivery location, and fulfillment needs. Customers do not need to select a carrier at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days or sooner. Our team prepares and packages each mattress before releasing it to the designated shipping carrier. Shipping times may vary depending on the product and order requirements.

DELIVERY & TRANSIT TIMES
Once your order has shipped, transit typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your delivery location, selected carrier, and current carrier conditions. Shipping and transit are separate stages, so the delivery timeframe begins after your order has shipped.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships and/or is scanned by the carrier, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information and a link to follow your shipment. Tracking updates and estimated delivery dates are provided by the assigned carrier.

ALASKA & HAWAII SHIPPING
Shipping is available for select products due to size and weight restrictions. Eligible orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are charged $199 per box.

Delivery & Setup

White Glove Installation

Sleep EZ now offers full white glove delivery and assembly for our mattresses and adjustable bases through XPO Logistics, the 3rd largest shipping company in the United States. All mattresses shipped via White Glove include delivery and assembly of the product, removal of your old mattress and / or foundation, and debris removal if you choose not to keep the boxes the mattress is delivered in. We do still recommend you keep the boxes in case of return. The price for white glove delivery and assembly is $199 and that is the cost for the mattress, or the adjustable base, or the mattress AND adjustable base if they’re ordered at the same time. Transit time for orders shipped via White Glove may be as long as 2 weeks between when you place the order and the order is delivered to you.

DELIVERY & SETUP

Sleep EZ mattresses are designed to make delivery and setup as manageable as possible. Because natural latex mattress components can be substantial in size and weight, many orders are divided into multiple packages for easier handling. Depending on your order and delivery location, packages may arrive separately.

BEFORE YOUR DELIVERY ARRIVES
Once your order ships and/or is scanned by the carrier, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Review the tracking details for each package to plan for delivery. If your order includes multiple shipments, delivery dates may vary.

MOVE PACKAGES BEFORE OPENING
Whenever possible, move unopened packages into the room where your mattress will be assembled before opening them. This makes handling individual latex mattress components easier.

KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL PACKAGING
We recommend keeping your original Sleep EZ boxes and packaging materials after setup. They may be useful if you need to move your mattress components or complete an eligible return or exchange.

Packaging & Weights

Natural latex is substantial by design. To make mattress delivery, handling, and setup easier, Sleep EZ mattresses may arrive in multiple packages rather than one oversized box. Depending on your order and delivery location, packages may arrive separately.

TWIN & FULL SIZE MATTRESSES
Twin and Full size latex mattresses typically ship in 1 to 2 boxes, depending on the mattress model and configuration.

QUEEN & KING SIZE MATTRESSES
Queen and King size latex mattresses typically arrive in 3 to 4 boxes, depending on the mattress model and configuration.

WHY MULTIPLE BOXES?
Depending on the size and configuration, a complete latex mattress can weigh up to 200 lbs. Dividing the mattress components among multiple packages makes them easier to handle, move through your home, and bring into the bedroom for setup.

TRACKING MULTIPLE PACKAGES
If your mattress ships in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking information and estimated delivery dates. Packages may arrive at different times depending on the shipping carrier and delivery location.

SETUP TIP
Whenever possible, move the unopened packages to the room where your mattress will be assembled before beginning setup.

I've always preferred foam mattresses. Sleep EZ Roma model is the best mixture of quality and value. The medium/firm flip option is a great feature. Dunlop latex is my material of choice and the luxury cotton wrap that encases the mattress pushes it into what I would call luxury quality. The delivery was quick and I am a very satisfied customer. The photo attached shows the mattress with the excellent Sleep EZ bamboo fitted sheet rolled back.

She wanted to say thanks for the order, verify the details of what I ordered and verify my address. Then she told me to expect an email with my tracking number. I honestly don't recall anyone ever in my 53 years, calling to verify details and thank me for money I just spent with their company. I was just thoroughly impressed with the thoughtful handling of my order to make sure everything was correct and how polite she was on the phone. I will update soon after I receive my topper.

I purchased my Talalay latex mattress back in 2015. I did a lot of reading and research as it was a big investment for me. I ended up getting a Queen size mattress. Firm on one side and Xtra Firm on the other. I initially wanted to go with softer on each side but after speaking to someone from EZ, they provided me with guidance that I followed. I'm glad I did. It was a sore experience that first week but I'm so very glad I took the chance on a latex mattress. It's been one of my best investments in my personal wellbeing. This past weekend, a friend asked me about the mattress as he and his wife were planning on getting a new mattress and were interested in trying a latex mattress. I told them that my favorite thing about my mattress is that after all this time there aren't any worn areas or indentations that match my body. I told them if I could repackage the mattress and send it to them, they would never know it had a decade of use. It still looks fresh and new and like I said there are no worn or indented areas. I could go on and on. lol Love the mattress and I appreciate the help EZ provided way back when. Thank you. I have my mattress on a low Japanese slat frame along with the two complimenting latex pillow. It's a 7" mattress.

I just purchased a two inch soft Talalay topper on my Sleep EZ mattress. Before that my son and I adjusted the layers to put the medium talalay layer on top of the zipped up mattress and the two inch topper makes it perfect. Being able to customize the layers of the bed is such a huge bonus! I love it with the topper!

We recently purchased a 12-inch all-natural latex mattress from SleepEZ, and although we haven’t slept on it yet, I wanted to share our early experience because it’s already been exceptional. First, the build quality is impressive; the layers are substantial, well-cut, and clearly made from high-grade natural materials. Each piece was labeled and packaged well, and the cotton cover is soft, breathable, and thoughtfully designed. But what really sets SleepEZ apart is the customer support. We had questions about some minor imperfections we noticed in two of the soft Dunlop layers — and Rodger from their support team responded with clear, transparent explanations about natural latex manufacturing, provided helpful resources, and (most importantly) stood behind the product without hesitation. He offered replacements proactively and even accommodated our request to swap one soft layer for a medium layer at no extra charge — simply because it might hold up better for our use case. That level of flexibility and professionalism is rare these days. We feel confident that we made the right choice with SleepEZ. The ability to customize each side of the bed, choose natural materials, and work with a company that clearly cares about its customers has provided us with peace of mind. Highly recommend so far — and we’ll update our review once we’ve had some time sleeping on it.
