Delivery & Setup
White Glove Installation
Sleep EZ now offers full white glove delivery and assembly for our mattresses and adjustable bases through XPO Logistics, the 3rd largest shipping company in the United States. All mattresses shipped via White Glove include delivery and assembly of the product, removal of your old mattress and / or foundation, and debris removal if you choose not to keep the boxes the mattress is delivered in. We do still recommend you keep the boxes in case of return. The price for white glove delivery and assembly is $199 and that is the cost for the mattress, or the adjustable base, or the mattress AND adjustable base if they’re ordered at the same time. Transit time for orders shipped via White Glove may be as long as 2 weeks between when you place the order and the order is delivered to you.
Packaging & Weights
Twin and Full Size latex mattresses typically ship in one (1) or two (2)boxes depending on the model. Our Queen and King latex mattresses typically arrive in three (3) to four (4) boxes.
Due to the weight of latex rubber foam, our mattresses can weigh up to 200 lbs in total; so for our customers’ convienience we ship our mattresses in multiple packages.
