GOLS
The Global Organic Latex Standard (GOLS) ensures that at every step in the manufacturing process that a latex product meets certain requirements to guarantee that it is a safe, sustainable, natural product. Sleep EZ organic latex mattresses are certified by GOLS to ensure that our products and natural and safe for our customers.
Oeko-Tex
The Okeo-Tex certification affirms that a product is free of harmful chemicals. The three categories of harmful materials tested by Okeo-Tex are: banned and controlled substances, chemicals known to be harmful to health (but not controlled), and guidelines for protecting health. All Sleep EZ latex mattresses are certified by Okeo-Tex to be guaranteed free of potentially harmful substances, letting you rest easy.
Cradle to Cradle Gold
The Cradle to Cradle certification evaluates that products consider and minimize the environmental impact, such as using renewable energy and water sources for manufacturing.
New Zealand Joma Wool
Certified New Zealand Joma Wool is a premium, sustainable material known for its exceptional softness, resilience, and breathability. Sourced from ethically raised sheep in New Zealand, Joma wool undergoes a unique crimping process that enhances its natural loft and durability, making it ideal for bedding and upholstery. This wool is certified to meet rigorous standards for quality, sustainability, and animal welfare, ensuring a product that is both eco-friendly and luxuriously comfortable.
GOTS
The Global Organic Textile Standard was created to ensure the organic status of textiles from harvesting of the raw materials through environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing all the way to labelling in order to provide credible assurance to the consumer. Our Organic Select Sleep Latex Mattress uses a GOTS certified cover to help make it as organic as a mattress can be.
Eco-Institut
The Eco-Institut certification verifies that there are no VOCs (volatile organic compounds), organic pollutants, pesticides, or heavy metals in your mattress.
Rainforest Alliance
The Rainforest Alliance certification means that they have independently assessed that the production process promotes and considers the environmental effects and protects forest biodiversity.
Natural Content
The test results show that sample contains only natural latex and contains no fillers. The filler content is calculated as the difference in amount of ash and zinc oxide, assuming that the maximum of zinc oxide is less than 5% of the total latex foam.
Green Energy (Wind)
This certificate confirms the purchase of Guarantees of origin, confirmed by ACT Commodities B.V. for 00 Radium Foam MWh B.V. The certificates were issued for the production of renewable electricity generated by Windmills in the EU.
